Surroundings In the beautiful nature of Ireland, we will have some space in the program for a walk or relaxation in the green surrounding us. You will be inspired by the pristine nature and lovely countryside. We have the privilege of having a little river, fresh air, smiles, hugs, and growing our vegetables in an amazing garden, honoring Mother Earth. A curious and amazing fact of this area is that there are hundreds of wild horses walking around! Yes, it still exists!Accommodation There are possibilities to sleep either in a room, a garden cabin or to camp. Read HERE more about the accommodation and the rates. ​ The food The meals are vegetarian and mostly plant-based, gluten and sugar-free, with special attention to gut health because a healthy and happy mind and body starts on the plate and nourishing, natural and tasty food is a priority.  We have a wonderful organic kitchen and vegetable garden. During the retreat, we have special attention on each day, supporting the rising energy of the chakras with selected meals. If you have special dietary requirements, please, let us know.Â

About the space: ​​
We are an ashram, and our settings are very basic, clean, and simple, in an old farmhouse. We plan to build new spaces and create better accommodation for all. Sunrise Farm does not offer luxury accommodation. We want to be able to offer everyone the opportunity to experience it and the benefits our retreats bring, and to share the treasures of our hearts. So please be true to yourself about whether you are happy with simplicity and eco-buildings, before booking with us. If you are not a loving-simplicity kind of accommodation this probably isn't the retreat for you. If you fit the description, we are sure you will love it here and visit us more than once!

Be aware as join us to embrace simplicity, and perhaps get ready to go out of your comfort zone for a little while, it will be rewarding. Do not expect high standards, but a liberating, rejuvenating, and freeing experience. We guarantee it's a great exercise for the soul and part of the journey!
Note**: We use mostly compost toilets, we are building eco-systems on the farm. We are in a continuous work in progress, to ameliorate all the structures and installations. Our goal is to develop a self-sustainable eco-social-spiritual project here.

Didi Anandaprama is a nun from the tantric yogic tradition. She has been running the farm with all her efforts and simultaneously supporting many social projects in Africa, Gaza, and around the world for more than 30 years. Similarly, Mukti has been living in the Himalayas, flying around the world, teaching, and living with detachment in radical spiritual circumstances.
